Getting Help
Reaching out for help can often times bring up feelings of weakness, shame, and being a burden. However, it was once stated, "To share your weakness is to make yourself vulnerable; to make yourself vulnerable is to show your strength. I am here to provide you with the space and opportunity to use those feelings as stepping stones to being a stronger and evolved sentient being.
