For Athletes

Talent gets you to the moment. What happens next depends on how you handle it. You have put in the work, but something gets in the way when the pressure rises. Maybe it's overthinking, frustration after a mistake, a confidence dip, or the weight of expectations. Individual sessions help you understand what's happening inside you and build the tools to compete with clarity and control.

For Coaches

You set the emotional tone for your entire program. When you are steady, your team follows. Individual sessions will give you the tools to strengthen your leadership, manage the pressure of the job, and lead with awareness to help your team rise to the moment.

Two Ways to Work Together:

Sports Psychotherapy

Clinical psychotherapy for athletes and coaches dealing with challenges that affect both performance and life outside the sport. Common areas include anxiety, depression, burnout, identity after injury or retirement, grief, relationship stress, and the pressure that comes with competing at a high level. Sessions are confidential and provided under a formal therapeutic agreement.
