Individual

Psychotherapy

During this 50-minute session, you will be provided with a safe and non-judging space to process and express your thoughts and emotions. We will work collaboratively to identify the underlying root causes that may be impacting your mental health. The goal of individual therapy is to develop a better understanding of self, your relationships, values, strengths, and core beliefs. This is an opportunity to learn how to appropriately feel your emotions, express your emotions; and think and behave in new ways in order to attract joy, peace, and success into your life.
