High Performance Mindfulness Coaching
Since the emergence of social media, many individuals have felt pressured to perform at an optimal level 24/7 day in and day out, especially athletes, business executives, and entrepreneurs. This type of mindset has caused a significant increase in mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and even suicidal ideation. Due to this need to keep up with the fast pace changes of society, individuals are now experiencing a decrease in concentration, focus, self-esteem, self-worth, and self-compassion.

High Performance Mindfulness Coaching is an experiential based program designed to help athletes, business executives, and entrepreneurs develop a healthy sense of self that will enable them to perform optimally consistently and more balanced. HPMC utilizes a variety of mindfulness tools such as guided meditation, breathing techniques, and anchoring to strengthen attention and focus, improve decision-making skills, decrease self-judgment (i.e.The I'm Not Good Enough Syndrome), and enhance awareness to self-imposed limits.

HMPC sessions are offered 1-on-1 or as a workshop to athletic teams and businesses. This coaching program consists of 6 sections, which can be covered in a 2-3 day timeframe for workshops.
